Reservation cancellation

50% will be charged if canceled the day before the reservation date, and 100% if canceled on the same day.

(Only for face-to-face lessons or online drop-in customers.)

If you cancel the lesson face-to-face and pay locally, please make a bank transfer (we will contact you separately).

All information on the website includes tax.

Monthly membership

For cancellation, please contact us using our email address or chat.

We will cancel the contract. You can choose from the following two.

① Cancellation at the end of the contract: You can use the service for the full expiration date. The plan will not be updated.

(Example: If you cancel at the beginning of the month, you can use it during that month. It will be invalid from the next month.)

② Cancel immediately: Cancellation will be canceled on the specified date and will be invalidated immediately.

Please note that there is no refund in any of the above cases.

In addition, we will respond to inquiries from customers within 24 hours.

We do not charge any fees other than lesson fees, monthly membership fees, and cancellation fees.
