Q. Do I have to register my credit card first?

A. Yes. Registration is required even if you cancel during the free period.

Please be assured that if you contact us within the period, we will cancel the procedure and you will not be able to pay by card.

Q. Do I need to take any steps when the free period ends?

A. Not required. After the free period expires, it will be automatically renewed and the card will be settled.

Q. Do you see your face during the lesson?

A. With this setting, both your video and audio are turned off.

If you want to take a lesson by showing yourself, please change the settings and participate.

At that time, if the audio is also turned on, your video may appear in the recording (archive).

Please leave the audio turned off.

Q. Do I need to contact me if I can't take the lesson I booked in a hurry?

A. Not required. If you do not receive it, please see the archive when you have time.

Q. Do I need to make a reservation to view the archive?

A. Not required. If you are a monthly member, you can view it anytime and anywhere.
